Terms of Service
English courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version of this document prevails.
1. Introductory provisions
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between the provider and the user of the AI Recepce service (the “Service”).
The provider is Roman Lexa, Company ID (IČO) 67605516, registered address Osadní 32, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, e‑mail info@viamo.ai (the “Provider”). The Provider is not a VAT payer. The Service is intended for businesses, not consumers.
2. Definitions
- Service — a platform in which an AI voice agent answers phone calls, processes them and delivers them as structured records (leads), plus a unified channel inbox (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, SMS, e‑mail, web chat) and creation of calendar reservations.
- Credit — a prepaid balance in CZK used to pay for call operation.
- Call — an inbound or outbound connection handled by the Service.
- Account — the user account providing access to the Service.
3. Formation of the contract
The contract is formed by the User’s registration and activation of the Account, whereby the User agrees to these Terms. The User provides true information and protects access credentials.
4. Trial period
The Provider may grant a trial period of 14 days or 10 minutes of calls (whichever comes first), unless stated otherwise. After the trial, further operation requires topping up Credit or activating a subscription.
5. Prices, credit and payment terms
- Call operation is paid from prepaid Credit. Prices are in CZK and are final — the Provider is not a VAT payer.
- Credit is topped up by card via Stripe; the User may enable automatic top‑up.
- The Provider may offer monthly subscriptions.
- Call metering: after a call ends, an amount corresponding to actual telephony and AI voice‑agent costs is deducted, converted from USD to CZK at the daily Czech National Bank rate plus 3%, after deducting free minutes. Chat is not charged to Credit.
6. Phone numbers
Phone numbers are provided through a telephony provider (Twilio) and are subject to its terms and regulatory rules. After the Service ends or in case of non‑payment, a number may be deactivated.
7. User’s rights and obligations
The User uses the Service in compliance with the law. In particular, the User:
- informs callers that calls are recorded and ensures the necessary legal bases toward its customers (the User is the controller — see the Privacy Policy);
- does not use the Service for spam or fraud;
- secures the consents needed to operate individual channels.
8. Availability and Provider’s obligations
The Provider endeavors to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free operation, and may carry out maintenance. It may restrict or suspend an Account in case of breach, payment default or suspected abuse.
9. Term and termination
The contract is for an indefinite term. The User may cancel anytime. The Provider may terminate, including without notice for a material breach. Upon termination the Service is disabled and data deleted per the Privacy Policy. Consumed operation is non‑refundable.
10. Liability and its limitation
The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider is not liable for outages caused by third parties, force majeure, or the content of communications. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 6 months.
11. Personal data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. For data processed on behalf of the User, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is concluded as part of the contractual relationship.
12. Changes and final provisions
The User reports defects to info@viamo.ai. The Provider may amend the Terms and informs the User of material changes. The relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic; disputes are resolved by the competent Czech courts. These Terms take effect on 8 June 2026.
